Step into a compassionate space where your journey matters. If you’ve faced a range of life’s tough moments – from deep traumas to family conflicts and substance use challenges – I’m here for you.

In our sessions, I focus on your unique story, acknowledging the pain of experiences like interpersonal trauma or the impact of substance use on your world (as two examples). Together, we navigate through the complexities, gently addressing family dynamics with empathy.

I believe that no one should be alone in their pain. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and founded on the understanding that you are the expert in your own life. With trauma being at the focus of my practice, I am here to support healing and facilitate a greater self-inquiry and deeper self-knowing.

Let’s create a supportive space where you’re heard, where boundaries are respected, and where conflicts find resolution through compassionate communication. This isn’t just therapy; it’s your opportunity for growth, resilience, and connection.
