Struggling with trauma, emotional pain, or substance-related challenges can feel overwhelming and lonely. Many youth and adults carry these experiences quietly while trying to keep up with school, work, relationships, and daily responsibilities. Depression, anxiety, and uncertainty about what to do next can make it hard to see a path forward. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to cope, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I’m here to walk alongside you. I offer a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and begin to untangle what you’re carrying. My approach is grounded in respect and collaboration, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and strengthen your ability to move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

I work with youth aged 13 and older, as well as adults, supporting both the inner and outer parts of life — your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily stressors — to help you identify meaningful next steps toward well-being and balance. I support folks navigating trauma across the lifespan, substance use and recovery, depression, anxiety, and obsessive or intrusive thinking. I also work with challenges related to self-esteem, confidence, and self-trust, while helping clients strengthen communication skills, navigate conflict, and build healthier relationships. For those experiencing intense emotional distress, I provide care and support around emotional regulation, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts with compassion and steadiness.
