Providing specialized support for pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, perinatal loss, fertility challenges, and birth trauma, Kristin is dedicated to guiding individuals through these unique experiences with empathy and understanding.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Social Work and is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist. She is also trained in Eye Movement Integration therapy. She has been working in the field of mental health since 2006. She developed a passion for perinatal mental health after a lived Neonatal Intensive Care experience following the births of her daughters.

Kristin utilizes a collection of therapeutic modalities including mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy, somatic parts work, internal family systems and narrative approaches to cultivate a space where you safely enter your life story to explore present & past areas of pain that contribute to undesired thoughts, behaviours and relational challenges.

Kristin believes in intersectional feminist values and principles and seeing the world from an intersectional perspective.
